Privacy Policy

A clear account of the information AgentEmailer handles about customers, website visitors, and real estate professionals in our data products.

Effective and last updated September 15, 2026

1. Scope and who we are

This policy describes how AgentEmailer (“AgentEmailer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through this website, Audience Builder, customer accounts, checkout, downloads, support, and the professional contact records we make available. It does not govern a customer’s independent use of a purchased file or the privacy practices of a third-party website or service.

2. Information about customers and visitors

Depending on how you interact with the Service, we may handle:

  • Account information: name, business email, password credentials, verification status, and account identifiers;
  • Profile and billing information: company name, phone number, billing address, city, state, ZIP code, and country;
  • Orders and service activity: chosen filters, cart contents, purchased products, price, payment status, order identifiers, downloads, and promotion codes;
  • Communications: contact-form entries, sample requests, support messages, feedback, and related correspondence; and
  • Technical information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP in some support or email flows, device and browser details, timestamps, referring pages, and security or diagnostic events.

Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize and complete a payment. AgentEmailer receives transaction and status details but is not intended to receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

3. Professional records in our products

Our professional directory may include a real estate professional’s full name and name components; work email; phone, mobile, and fax numbers; office name; business or licensing address; city, state, ZIP code, and county; license number and type; association; original issue and expiration dates; and data-quality or verification metadata. A field may be unavailable for a particular record.

We use these records to power filters, counts, previews, samples, purchased audience files, data-quality work, suppression, and privacy-request matching. Profile illustrations are generic visual placeholders and are not photographs of, or claims about, the people in the records.

4. Where information comes from

We may obtain information:

  • directly from you when you register, order, download, or contact us;
  • automatically from your browser and from technologies used to operate, secure, and support the Service;
  • from payment, support, verification, hosting, and other service providers; and
  • for professional records, from public licensing records, professional and business sources, licensed or permitted data sources, and our own standardization and verification work.

If you believe a professional record is inaccurate or should not be included, use the request process in the “Your choices and rights” section.

5. How we use information

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • create and secure accounts, process orders, deliver files, and provide requested support;
  • build filtered audiences and maintain, normalize, verify, deduplicate, and update professional records;
  • communicate about transactions, security, support, policy changes, and—where permitted—AgentEmailer products;
  • detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, analyze performance, and protect users and the Service;
  • comply with legal obligations, exercise legal rights, and respond to valid government or privacy requests; and
  • evaluate and improve features, usability, pricing, and data quality.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the following recipients for the purposes described above:

  • Customers: professional records included in previews, samples, and purchased audience files, with preview values masked where applicable;
  • Service providers: companies supporting hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, account services, email delivery, live chat, CAPTCHA and fraud prevention, customer support, and security;
  • Payment providers: including PayPal and our cryptocurrency payment provider, when you choose the relevant option;
  • Authorities and affected parties: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements; and
  • Transaction participants: advisers and a buyer, investor, successor, or other participant in a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or similar corporate event, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not publish account passwords, complete payment-card details, or private support messages as part of our professional data products. See our California Privacy Notice for disclosures about California’s definitions of “sale” and “sharing.”

7. Browser storage, cookies, and third-party tools

AgentEmailer uses browser local storage to keep account session information, cart contents, and payment-flow state on your device. We and services embedded in the website may also use cookies or similar technologies needed for security, CAPTCHA, checkout, live chat, preferences, and service performance. These technologies can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

Our current embedded providers may include Google reCAPTCHA, Tawk.to live chat, PayPal, and a cryptocurrency payment provider. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices when you interact with their services. Blocking storage, scripts, or cookies may prevent account, chat, verification, cart, or checkout features from working correctly.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive information about personal information connected to you, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. The exact rights and exceptions depend on where you live and the law that applies. You can also unsubscribe from marketing using the method in the message and can configure browser controls for cookies and local storage.

Submit a request through our contact form. Use a subject such as “Privacy request” and include your name, the right you want to exercise, your relationship to AgentEmailer, and enough matching information for us to locate the relevant account or professional record. Do not send a password or complete payment-card number. We may request additional information to verify identity and authority, and we may retain a minimal suppression record when needed to keep deleted directory data from being re-added.

California residents should also review our California Privacy Notice. People in the EEA or UK should review our EEA and UK privacy information.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account operation, order delivery, record freshness, suppression, security, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Retention varies by data type, sensitivity, source commitments, relationship status, and applicable law. We delete, de-identify, or securely isolate information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.

10. Security and international transfers

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and for protecting downloaded files.

AgentEmailer and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When law requires a transfer mechanism or added safeguard, we use measures intended to meet that requirement. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

11. Children

The Service is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information through the Service, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as our practices, products, or legal obligations change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.

For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page. Select a clear privacy-related subject so the request can be routed correctly.
